Since more then a couple of months I`ve been having trouble sleping well. During all night my dream is stopped by my physiological needs; I think that the real cause comes from my nerviouness, I get nervous or stressed easily.
Althoug I sleep eight hours per night, I feel tired as If I wouldn`t rest. My dream becomes heavy or the best part to sleep for me is in the morning, instead of night. I`ve tried teas (not all), a glass of milk but I can`t get relaxed in my bed, even in some situations in which I`m very tired. I really want to know how the stress or everyday problems can affect my good sleep. I would like to go to bed at 10 pm, close my eyes and only open them ready to get up early, fresh as a breeze.

Dear Humb:
ResponderEliminarI´ll tell you some exercise to relax before sleeping.
You have to turn off the lights and be in a quiet place, lie down in your bed, close your eyes, take a deep breath and take out the air for your mouth (three times in a row) then make a pause (30 seconds) repeat it 8 times.
It works because this breathing chances the levels of oxigen and CO2 in your body.
Dear Humb:
ResponderEliminarI Think you need to be more relaxed; try to pay attention in those things that keep you stressed and nervous, maybe you have to stop thinking if they are really worth to be that worry.
I recommend to you some physical activity before go sleeping, also is a good idea take a bath with warm water, it will relax you and could help you sleeping. You could also try some reading before you go to bed. But the most important thing is you calm down and try to feel more relaxed.
Good luck with that!
Hello Humb
ResponderEliminarI´d like to know when does your problem start? and If you have already done all the good advises to get a resting sleep. I just want to tell you that there are a lot of people with sleeping problems. You should go to what we call "clinic of Sleeping" (Clínica del sueño)I think there´s one in the Faculty of Medicine or in the Psyquiatry Department. They can tell you either you have stress issues or a physiology pathology. Good luck!
